The controller for data processing on this website is the provider listed in the legal notice.

2. Data Collected on Visit

When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, requested resource, user agent) is processed in server logs by our hosting provider. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). This data is not combined with other data.

3. Local Browser Storage

This application stores game state, settings and session identifiers exclusively in your local browser (LocalStorage / SessionStorage). This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us.

4. Multiplayer / Rooms

When you join or create a multiplayer room, game state data (e.g. position, selected weapon, score, join code) is distributed in real time via our backend provider so other players can see the situation. This data is only stored for the duration of the session and discarded afterwards. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract – providing the game).

5. Hosting & Processors

The website is hosted on Lovable / Cloudflare. Backend functions (real-time sync, data storage) are provided via Lovable Cloud. Data processing agreements are in place with these providers.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This site sets no marketing cookies and uses no third-party tracking (no Google Analytics, no pixels). Only technically necessary local storage mechanisms are used (see point 3).

7. Your Rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
